The application is so gentle as well! In comparison to other lash technicians, they are so quick and precise. Let’s start with the facility itself: clean and hygienic. Smells amazing with beautiful essential oil diffusers. There is a self-care bar filled with... treats, wine, lemon water and teas for guests to indulge while they wait for their appts. Always calming spa music playing with your own private room. The aesthetic is social media worthy and very pretty. Comfy seating, you’re always welcomed with big fresh smiles, well-kept ladies with soft voices and beautiful attire. Now let’s talk about the services. They offer all sorts of lash extensions, everything brows (from sculpting to laminating) and newly introduced massaging! They do face masks, and complimentary hot face towels, free hand massage while getting your service, under eye treatment and so much more. Pregnant women have a really comfy pillow that is elevated for safety (I want to buy one for home lol). Lastly let’s talk about the staff. Friendly, equally and highly skilled with years of background experience. Have so far had Kiara, Sia and Jemma and have all produced amazing results. Even if I have had some fall out, they offer to resolve this issue with a quick 10 min touch up and it’s almost like a free infill because they look so fresh and full again! If the business misses a call from you, the owner herself will get in touch. They respond to emails within 24 business hours. The communication, professionalism, quality of service and all over vibe is beyond immaculate. You wouldn’t find any other beauty salon that could match this place. I strongly encourage all women to visit the lash spa, i promise you won’t be disappointed!read more
